I was told by service writer that my tires were down to the wear bars and tried to sell me tires. I told him no and later felt my wear bars and had a GM certified technician look at them and he said without knowing anything about Stuteville experience that it was NOT down to the wear bars and I concurred when I felt them. I used to be a big Stuteville fan but NO more can I trust who is telling me lies just to upsell.

My rating is for my Service Advisor Allen Moon. He kept me informed by reviewing the quote and when my vehicle would be ready. He was very thorough going over the receipt of services line item by line item. He addressed additional questions I had. His service was of high regard and trustworthy!

I had been conversing with my sales person about upgrading to a 2500hd for almost a year, but just couldn’t pull the trigger on a new purchase. After selling my previous purchase and looking at buying used, my sales person showed me numbers that convinced me to buy new. I looked at what was available on the lot and was not satisfied with the options, the sales team worked and found a 2500hd that fit the bill and even delivered it to my home after all the paperwork was completed.

This dealership keeps making appointments under my name for some reason. I call them to tell them that I did not make these service appointments. Yet nothing gets done. I keep getting emails confirming my new appointments and asking for surveys. My concern is that these service are getting recorded on my vehicles service history or carfax.

Had a tire going down slowly, so I brought it in. The people at Stuteville Tire worked me in amidst their many customers, and I was fixed in about 30 minutes. A screw in the tire. Great job, people!

I have had my pickup one month. I bought it used. I also purchased an extended warranty. My rear window is leaking. I know now that my warrant does not cover the leak. The dealership owner told me he was sorry that I was having a problem and they would take care of me. I was then told by the service advisor they would not work on my truck at all and I would have to take my truck to a body shop because they don’t do windows. I left quietly.

It’s confusing about where to drop your car off for service

Michael Bridges and Dana Smith did an amazing job getting me into a second truck (first one was totaledafter dix days) They found another truck that met my needs in Paris Tx had it ready to pick up the next day.

Friendly atmosphere. Was talked to and seen as a person not just a customer. Concerns for price and vehicle durability were met.

Took to visit but got it done.cost me for updates witch should be covered by GM but they don’t stand by there products.

Jerry also help by showing us how to work all the computerized equipment options that was in the car. We really appreciated your help. Dana, in finance department, did a super job getting all the paperwork finished and easy to finalize the sale. Service was quick and technician was friendly and knowledgeable

The service advisor basically refused to align my truck without first buying a laundry list of front end parts. Your guys aren’t the only mechanically inclined people on planet earth. I jacked the pickup up the day before to check and make sure there was no excessive play in the wheels and found none on the right, and very minimal on the left, not to an extent it couldn’t be aligned. I usually never take my vehicle to a dealership for anything just because of reasons like this, but went against my better judgment because their alignment guy was recommended to me. Never again.

All I can say is I will come back again, enough said.

We didnt have an appointment but they were willing to work us in.

I called Joe In service department when my truck died and would not start again. He told me how to get help with roadside assistance. When I was towed in for service he and the service department diagnosed the problem right away and within an hour, I was on the road again.
